Cofax Coffee was opened in 2014 with the humble purpose of giving our customers & employees at Golden State a convenient place to get excellent coffee. But then they needed breakfast, so we launched our now iconic breakfast burrito, famed for its slow-smoked potatoes from our sister restaurant, Bludso's Bar & Que. Offerings eventually expanded to include great donuts and pastries, horchata lattes & hand-made matcha.
